It is activated only where governance assurance under owner authority determines that specialist execution of enabling works, utilities, facilities or asset readiness infrastructure is required. BlauKlip executes owner-authorised infrastructure scope through EPCM or Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) arrangements, operating within defined authority, control and performance frameworks established for the owner to ensure outcomes remain aligned with operational intent, lifecycle performance and long-term asset value.

Design coordination and delivery management of water, power, communications, fuel and wastewater infrastructure, ensuring compliant integration and operational readiness through EPCM or turnkey IPD models.

Structural & Vertical Facilities

Delivery and construction of workshops, logistics hubs, storage buildings, control rooms and operational facilities, designed for durability, lifecycle performance and integration with enabling infrastructure.

Asset Readiness & Commissioning
