BlauKlip’s asset readiness and commissioning capability supports the governed execution of enabling infrastructure required to bring assets into service as intended. Delivered through EPCM or turnkey Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) arrangements, this capability focuses on resolving late-stage infrastructure constraints, stabilising interfaces and ensuring systems are ready for operation within approved authority, control and assurance frameworks. The objective is to achieve defensible readiness without reliance on informal workarounds, deferred scope or unmanaged risk transfer into operations.
Systems integration & interface resolution
We coordinate the execution of infrastructure works required to stabilise interfaces between utilities, facilities, access, control systems and operational assets. Delivery focuses on resolving integration gaps that commonly emerge late in projects and undermine commissioning, safety or performance if left unmanaged.
Pre-commissioning & readiness infrastructure
BlauKlip manages the delivery of physical works required to support pre-commissioning, testing and handover readiness. This includes temporary and permanent enabling systems, modifications, access, isolation works and supporting infrastructure required to safely test, verify and prepare assets for operational use.
Commissioning & handover preparation
We execute defined infrastructure scope to support structured commissioning and handover, ensuring facilities and systems transition into operations in a controlled and transparent manner. Works are aligned with commissioning plans, operational intent and lifecycle performance requirements.
Readiness assurance & transition to operations
Asset readiness works are delivered with disciplined governance, documentation and verification to support defensible handover to operations. This ensures readiness decisions are evidence-based, interfaces are stabilised and residual exposure is visible and managed before assets are placed into service.
