TacminMadini’s specialist capabilities extend the value created through independent governance assurance by undertaking execution or stewardship only where governance assurance determines that oversight alone is insufficient and owner-authorised action is required. Capabilities are activated where governance assurance identifies a defined need for specialist execution to protect value, stabilise outcomes or enable transition. Execution operates within owner-mandated authority, control and assurance frameworks to ensure technical integrity, commercial outcomes and ESG responsibilities remain aligned with approved owner intent. Governance and execution remain deliberately separated, preserving independent oversight while enabling assured outcomes across assets, land and enabling works.

How the model works

TacminMadini retains independent governance assurance under owner authority at all times. Where assurance determines that specialist execution is required, delivery responsibility is assigned to governed capabilities such as BlauForge, BlauKlip and BlauVine, operating within defined scope, authority and performance frameworks. Governance assurance remains active over owner exposure, decision integrity and escalation pathways, ensuring performance, risk and outcomes remain controlled, auditable and defensible as conditions change without conflating assurance with delivery or diluting owner authority.

BlauForge manages fleet performance across equipment and mobile assets, applying engineering discipline, fleet strategy and lifecycle control to ensure assets are specified, procured and supported for predictable availability, controlled cost and aligned production capacity, within approved owner intent.

Infrastructure Delivery Capability

Governed execution of owner-authorised enabling works and critical infrastructure

BlauKlip delivers enabling works and infrastructure through EPCM or IPD models, executing owner-authorised scope across access, utilities, earthworks, logistics hubs and facilities. Delivery occurs within defined authority and control frameworks to support operational readiness, lifecycle performance and asset value.

Land Execution Capability

Governed execution of owner -authorised land interventions

BlauVine executes owner-authorised land interventions where governance assurance determines action is required. Operating within approved authority frameworks, BlauVine stabilises land condition, reduces risk and closes obligations to support transition, transfer or exit across mining, forestry, estates and public land.
