TacminMadini’s governance assurance capability is grounded in more than three decades of direct execution experience across mining, infrastructure, asset management and project recovery. That experience was earned in complex, high-consequence environments including remote operations, distressed assets and large capital programs where delivery risk was real and outcomes mattered.
That delivery experience now informs how we apply governance assurance.
It provides practical insight into where value is created, where it is quietly lost, and where owner accountability is most exposed as conditions evolve across the asset lifecycle.
What has changed
TacminMadini does not execute projects.
We do not manage delivery teams, perform EPC or EPCM roles, or assume operational responsibility. Instead, we provide independent governance assurance and escalation support, informed by delivery experience but free of delivery incentives.
Our role is to:
- assure decision quality before commitment
- preserve owner authority during delivery
- maintain transparency and defensibility as complexity increases
- support stability, transition and closure where long-life exposure remains
Execution remains with delivery teams. Accountability remains with owners. Governance assurance is applied above both.
Why this matters
