Delivered by BlueForge Automotive Asset Solutions – an Integrated TacminMadini Asset Services Provider
From remote projects to asset services – a legacy since 1996
BlueForge Asset Solutions was established as a dedicated department within TacminMadini to deliver structured vehicle and asset support to remote project environments. Since 1996, TacminMadini has worked alongside global mining majors in emerging markets, supporting asset-intensive projects where operating conditions demand discipline, foresight, and on-the-ground responsiveness.
Our roots are in Africa, where we’ve served mining and infrastructure clients across complex terrains, constrained logistics, and underdeveloped supply chains. We developed deep operational systems for managing heavy equipment, engineering support, contractor alignment, and project control through this. In 2018, we brought this legacy to Australia, integrating the standards of Australian vehicle compliance, mine safety protocols, and workshop operations into our remote service model.
BlueForge builds on this heritage today, delivering mine-compliant, roadworthy light fleet support designed for site deployment from day one. It’s not an adaptation of commercial fleet services—it’s a purpose-built, remote-first offering engineered for the realities of mining projects operating beyond the edge of infrastructure.
Light vehicle lifecycle management for remote operations
BlueForge delivers full-spectrum light vehicle support for clients operating in logistically difficult, high-risk environments. From early mobilisation and fleet commissioning to on-site maintenance, trade vehicle fit-outs, cosmetic restoration, compliance repairs, and full lifecycle rebuilds, every BlueForge service is built on the process.
Our specifications, procedures, and operational workflows reflect the dual influence of field experience in emerging markets and the rigorous compliance culture of the Australian mining sector. Whether deploying mobile workshops, establishing site-specific facilities, or supporting fleet programs through managed maintenance and insurance-aligned repair cycles, BlueForge ensures asset reliability, operational continuity, and enhanced performance in the field.
BlueForge offers more than just maintenance. We lease, maintain, and advise—providing fully managed fleet models, ownership alternatives, and asset lifecycle strategies tailored to remote mining and infrastructure environments. Every service is executed through a structured framework—defined by engineering oversight, mine-spec vehicle standards, and scalable systems that align with operational tempo. Light vehicle assets are treated not as consumables but as performance-critical components of the broader project delivery model—delivering measurable improvements in availability, utilisation, and efficiency while reducing avoidable downtime.
Scaling with purpose: From light vehicles to mobile asset management
The BlueForge department is structured to grow in alignment with client needs. While our current focus is light vehicle optimisation, this offering was never intended to stand alone.
TacminMadini has been delivering technical asset services to blue-chip mining clients since 1996—including fleet selection studies, capital cost modelling, procurement support, equipment performance improvement strategies, and contract versus owner trade-off analysis. These heavy equipment services remain active within the broader TacminMadini group and continue supporting clients in optimising high-value mobile fleets' performance and sustainability.
This legacy in heavy equipment asset management positions BlueForge to evolve into an affiliated entity—carrying forward proven methodologies, data-backed recommendations, and operational frameworks refined over decades. Where BlueForge currently delivers compliance and reliability for light fleets, it will, in its next phase, extend to maintaining, monitoring, and managing the full lifecycle of heavy mobile mining equipment. The objective remains unchanged: to maximise asset uptime, enhance utilisation, and improve operational efficiency in the most challenging operating environments.
This is not a shift in direction—it is a natural and deliberate expansion of an already proven capability integrated into TacminMadini’s long-term service architecture.
More than maintenance—a strategic asset service for remote projects
BlueForge is not a standalone operation—it is a specialist department embedded within TacminMadini’s integrated delivery model. Developed to meet the specific needs of remote mining and infrastructure projects, it brings together deep field experience, engineered systems, and compliance rigour to ensure light vehicle assets support, rather than hinder, project outcomes.
As part of its structured service offering, BlueForge currently manages light vehicles under five core categories:
Each service is geared toward improving operational performance—reducing downtime, increasing equipment availability, maximising efficiency, and supporting high utilisation rates.
These five delivery categories structure our current light vehicle services and form the foundation for our future heavy equipment asset management model, which will adopt the same principles of engineering discipline, process control, and remote-site readiness.
From its foundations in project support and lifecycle extension to its future in mobile asset management, BlueForge continues to grow as a dependable, results-focused service for resilient asset performance—wherever your operations take you.
