Experience presented in this section reflects historical execution work led by Tacmin (Pty) Ltd and its founder across multiple jurisdictions. This experience forms the delivery foundation from which TacminMadini’s governance assurance capability has been developed.

The projects illustrate the scale, complexity and exposure environments in which delivery accountability was carried directly. They also highlight how the absence of independent owner-side structural visibility can amplify risk concentration, cost escalation and long-term liability as capital hardens.

TacminMadini does not execute projects. The firm operates independently above delivery, applying governance assurance, oversight and escalation under defined owner authority. 

Delivery experience is now applied to detecting structural exposure, assuring decision alignment and reinforcing capital discipline - particularly where complexity, capital intensity or long-term accountability increase. This ensures owners retain transparency, authority and stewardship continuity as assets move through development, operation, transition and closure.
