Across decades of mining and infrastructure delivery, we’ve managed the full spectrum of mobile assets—from civil construction fleets and production mining equipment to support and service vehicles in remote, high-risk environments. Our teams have deployed and overseen dozers, graders, haul trucks, drill rigs, and light utility vehicles across projects involving earthworks, pit development, haulage, and on-site logistics. These assets were operated under strict cost, safety, and compliance controls, often in challenging conditions where performance could not be compromised. Today, this experience is embedded within our TacForge and BlueForge frameworks, enabling us to track, maintain, and optimise asset performance across the full lifecycle—ensuring reliability, readiness, and delivery confidence at every stage.

Across decades of infrastructure delivery—from regional roads and township services to mine access and tailings facilities—construction asset management has been central to our execution. Our teams have deployed and overseen earthmoving fleets including dozers, graders, compactors, and concrete equipment under harsh conditions and demanding schedules. Whether in early works, mass earthworks, or final construction scopes, these assets were managed to strict safety and cost benchmarks—forming the backbone of timely, compliant infrastructure delivery.

As former contract miners and mining project directors, we’ve managed the full lifecycle of mining fleets—from equipment financing and procurement to rebuilds and contractor oversight. Our leadership has covered pit loading, haulage, drill-and-blast, and ROM management across multiple commodities and owner-mining or contract-mining environments. Through TacForge, we now track performance, cost, and availability across these critical fleets—ensuring that equipment is aligned to mine plans, operational targets are met, and life-of-mine value is extracted with precision.

From remote civil sites to sprawling mine projects, support vehicles have always been the connective tissue of our operations. 4WD utilities, service trucks, mobile fuel units, and light-duty logistics vehicles have played a key role in keeping our crews mobile, equipment serviced, and risks managed across difficult terrain. Through BlueForge, we’ve formalised this experience into a structured light vehicle strategy—covering mobilisation, maintenance, and fleet extension to ensure uptime, compliance, and support readiness at all stages of the project lifecycle.
