TacminMadini’s governance capability is grounded in more than three decades of direct execution experience across infrastructure, mining, asset management and project restoration. This work was delivered in remote and complex environments, spanning mine planning, engineering, procurement, construction, digital asset control and recovery of distressed operations. These projects represent environments where delivery risk was real, consequences were carried and outcomes mattered to owners. The experience gained through building, stabilising and restoring assets now informs TacminMadini’s independent, owner-side governance role, providing credible insight into where value is created, lost or protected across the asset lifecycle.
Experience presented in this section reflects historical execution work led by Tacmin Group and its founder across Africa. This experience forms the delivery experience foundation from which TacminMadini’s governance capability has been developed.
