Governance Assurance & Capital Stewardship
Defensible stewardship across long-life land assets and transition
BlauVine is TacminMadini’s land execution capability, engaged only where owner-side governance has determined that physical land action is required and oversight alone is insufficient. Activated under governance, BlauVine executes defined, owner-authorised land interventions across mining, forestry, estates and public land to stabilise land condition, reduce defined land risk, and prepare land for transition, transfer or exit. All works are delivered within approved authority, control and assurance frameworks, ensuring land decisions are completed on the ground, obligations are closed at points of land change or heightened exposure, and long-term land value is protected.
How this capability is applied
Typical use cases include rehabilitation and post-mining works, land stabilisation following disturbance, risk reduction prior to transfer or relinquishment, and preparation of land for closure, transition or alternative use, where timing, control and completion are critical to achieving the approved outcome. BlauVine exists to close execution gaps at defined points of land change or exposure, not to expand scope or revisit decisions already made through governance.
BlauVine is applied when an approved land decision cannot be delivered through oversight alone and requires physical execution to be completed. This typically occurs at points of land change, heightened exposure or transition, where stabilisation, risk reduction or preparation for transfer must be carried out to avoid the accumulation of unmanaged obligations. BlauVine is not used for routine land management or operational activities. It is engaged to execute discrete, authorised land actions where timing, control and completion are critical to achieving the approved land outcome.
Once activated, BlauVine assumes responsibility for delivering the approved land works within the scope, authority and assurance frameworks established through governance. This includes planning, coordinating and completing physical land interventions so that approved intent is realised on the ground, not deferred through execution gaps. BlauVine’s role is to ensure land interventions are completed to the required standard, obligations are closed, and land is left in a condition consistent with the approved outcome before responsibility is handed back to the owner.
Here’s What We Offer
BlauVine executes defined, owner-authorised land intervention scopes across long-life landholdings where physical action is required to deliver approved land outcomes. Execution is tailored to the specific characteristics, risks and obligations of different land sectors, while always operating within approved scope, cost and assurance frameworks. Through disciplined delivery, BlauVine stabilises land condition, closes obligations and supports defensible land outcomes that protect long-term land value.
Execution of owner-approved land interventions across active, closing or legacy mining and extractive land where physical works are required to stabilise land condition, manage post-operational exposure or support closure and transition. Scope includes landform stabilisation, drainage and erosion control, hazard treatment, interface management with surrounding land uses, and preparation of land for relinquishment, transfer or post-mining use in accordance with approved closure outcomes.
Execution of owner-approved land interventions across forestry and fire-affected land where physical action is required to reduce post-disturbance exposure and support safe holding, recovery or transition. Scope includes post-fire land stabilisation, erosion control, access reinstatement, boundary and interface treatments, fuel-load interventions where owner-retained, and physical works necessary to manage ongoing land risk and stewardship obligations.
Execution of owner-approved land interventions across wine, rural and agricultural landholdings where physical works are required to support transition, restructure ownership or protect long-term land value. Scope includes land condition stabilisation, drainage and access works, boundary and interface resolution, risk mitigation and preparation of land for partnership, sale or alternative use in line with approved intent, while preserving heritage & amenity.
Execution of owner-approved land interventions across infrastructure corridors, public and institutional land where physical works are required to manage land exposure, resolve interfaces or prepare land for transition. Scope includes stabilisation of disturbed land, access and safety treatments, interface works with communities or adjacent land uses, and preparation of land for transfer, repurposing or long-term custodianship, under public accountability requirements.
Position within the capability model
BlauVine operates as the land execution capability within TacminMadini’s capability model. Where owner-side governance identifies a need for physical land intervention, execution is undertaken by BlauVine under defined authority and control frameworks. Where governance identifies execution requirements relating to infrastructure or assets, delivery is undertaken by BlauKlip or BlauForge respectively. Governance remains independent and owner-aligned at all times, preserving clarity, accountability and long-term value.
