Scope includes landform stabilisation, drainage and erosion control, hazard treatment, interface management with surrounding land uses, and preparation of land for relinquishment, transfer or post-mining use in accordance with approved closure outcomes.

Execution of owner-approved land interventions across forestry and fire-affected land where physical action is required to reduce post-disturbance exposure and support safe holding, recovery or transition. Scope includes post-fire land stabilisation, erosion control, access reinstatement, boundary and interface treatments, fuel-load interventions where owner-retained, and physical works necessary to manage ongoing land risk and stewardship obligations.

Execution of owner-approved land interventions across wine, rural and agricultural landholdings where physical works are required to support transition, restructure ownership or protect long-term land value. Scope includes land condition stabilisation, drainage and access works, boundary and interface resolution, risk mitigation and preparation of land for partnership, sale or alternative use in line with approved intent, while preserving heritage & amenity.
