TacminMadini maintains a governed OEM and partner network designed to establish preferred commercial and operating arrangements on behalf of asset owners. The network aligns OEMs, suppliers, and stakeholders within a structured governance framework that supports compliance, lifecycle accountability, and long-term value. Where TacminMadini’s governance role is established, we are positioned to influence and formalise preferred OEM relationships, particularly where owner–OEM engagement is fragmented, immature, or inefficient. This enables consistent standards, clearer obligations, and more effective commercial outcomes.

Why it matters	Direct OEM engagement can absorb disproportionate management time, fragment accountability, and dilute governance intent, particularly where multiple interfaces, commercial pressures, or technical complexity are involved. Without structured delegation, owners either over-manage or disengage, both of which increase risk.
Our focus	In mature arrangements, governance enables owners to deliberately delegate OEM engagement to BlauForge while retaining clear authority and oversight. Why it matters	Conflating preferred OEM relationships with execution partners blurs accountability, compromises independence, and weakens governance. Owners require clarity between commercial alignment and delivery responsibility to preserve control and defensibility.
Our focus	The OEM & Partner Network establishes preferred relationships and commercial alignment within governance frameworks. It does not replace TacminMadini’s Strategic Partner model, which is activated separately where specialist execution is required and governed accordingly.
Outcome	Clear separation between alignment and execution, allowing OEMs to participate in the network without assuming delivery responsibility, while preserving independent oversight and owner intent.
