Construction & installation oversight

We manage construction and installation through structured EPCM delivery, integrating contractors and suppliers under one unified control system. Our focus is on safety, schedule discipline, and technical accuracy, ensuring every component is installed and commissioned to specification. Through DCM tracking, we maintain visibility of progress, materials, and QA checks, providing full accountability and reliability across the project lifecycle.

Digital construction management (DCM)

All construction and installation works are governed through TacminMadini’s proprietary DCM framework, linking design, cost, and schedule data in a single transparent environment. Real-time dashboards, QA tracking, and performance analytics ensure total visibility across all energy initiatives, from fixed infrastructure upgrades to mobile fleet integration, supporting predictable, compliant, and efficient delivery.

Commissioning & Performance Validation

Once installation is complete, TacminE oversees commissioning and performance testing to verify efficiency improvements and confirm energy savings. Operational data from sensors and monitoring systems is analysed to ensure compliance with design targets, ESG goals, and client KPIs.
