Closure, transition & land governance assurance

TacminMadini provides independent closure and land governance assurance under owner authority when closure obligations, land transition, disturbance recovery or long-term land liabilities begin to crystallise. We operate independently of delivery contractors, advisors and operators, acting on behalf of owners to assure governance over closure strategy, rehabilitation pathways, land stewardship and risk management frameworks so obligations are met and value is protected. Our role is not to deliver closure works or manage land operations, including fire or land management activities, but to assure closure and transition integrity, control long-term exposure and ensure outcomes remain defensible, compliant and aligned with long-term asset, land and community intent.
