We operate independently of delivery contractors, advisors and operators, acting on behalf of owners to govern closure strategy, rehabilitation pathways and land outcomes so obligations are met and value is protected. Our role is not to deliver closure works or manage land operations, but to govern closure integrity, control long-term exposure and ensure outcomes remain defensible, compliant and aligned with long-term asset, land and community intent.
