What we do not govern
TacminMadini does not perform execution, management or advisory roles.
We do not:
• manage delivery or operations
• direct contractors, EPC or EPCM teams
• perform engineering, procurement or construction
• approve invoices or manage budgets
• replace management, operators or advisors
Execution remains with delivery teams. Accountability remains with owners.
Governance sits above both.
How this differs from other governance
TacminMadini does not provide corporate governance, compliance, internal audit or GRC services.
Our role is asset- and decision-specific owner-side governance, applied where delivery and operational structures cannot govern owner accountability or long-term exposure.
Where governance exposure is identified, owners may activate a defined governance mandate. These mandates are applied proportionately and are described under Our Services.
