Delivery Intelligence Principle

GDI does not replace the EPCM, delivery team or project controls function. It independently tests whether reported performance and forecasts are supported by evidence, identifies developing divergence and establishes the conditions requiring owner attention.

When Further Investigation May Be Warranted

Where reported performance, forecasts or delivery conditions cannot be sufficiently supported, GDI identifies the additional investigation or owner action required to protect capital value.
